Walking the Camino National Tour:
If you have been keeping up with us on Facebook then you already know that Walking the Camino is in the midst of a national tour. Lydia and a rotating list of friends (not to mention her trusty co-pilot Roxy) have been driving the CaminoMobile since mid-February. Lydia’s intention when beginning this tour was to have it act as another Camino for her, and in true Camino form, it has been unpredictable! Every day brings something new. New people, new hikes, new joys, new experiences, new difficulties, new sights, and new insights. Right about now, she is in Boulder, CO for our showing at the International Film Series. To see a complete list of cities we are showing in, scroll down. For pictures, and updates on the tour, make sure to like our Facebook!
Camino Documentary App:
We are thrilled to announce the Camino Documentary App! With this app, you can track the progress on the trip, find out when the film will be near you and get updates from Lydia as she continues her pilgrimage. Also, get a glimpse behind the scenes with videos of pilgrims, hospitaleros, and others not seen in the final film. A whole lot more is in store with the app as we continue to update.

very interested in getting more information regarding the upcoming screening in Victoria BC
Hi Lydia,
We just finished the 2014 American Documentary Film Festival in Palm Springs. I decided to check your site and see how things were going with you. We’re so glad to see that your film is getting wider distribution. Since we head back to Michigan on May 2nd, I’ll watch to see if you will be in the area. Feel free to
contact us if you are in the area. We have a good B&B in Livonia, MI too and the price is right!
Roberta

“Walking the Camino: Six Ways to Santiago”
Hello,
I’m currently trying to book a screening for Edmonton, Alberta, Canada! Hopefully it can be arranged around the time you are in Victoria, be easier for travelling.
Can’t wait! I was told that we sold out for the screening of The Way, and have no doubt that we can sell out for this one. Can’t wait to get started!
Thank you,
Sarah
Apparently TUGG doesn’t currently work in Canada. Too bad! I wonder how Kelowna and Victoria had/have screenings?
Hi Sarah,
I apologize for taking such a long time to respond! Did you reach out to TUGG asking them about organizing a screening in Canada and they said they’re unable to do so? Kelowna and Victoria have had screenings through theaters that have booked the documentary independently of TUGG, as have Toronto and Charlottetown, and soon to be Vancouver, London, Ottawa and Winnipeg. If you’d like to further pursue this with us, please send an email at caminodoc [@] gmail [dot] com and I’d be happy to continue to talk with you to make a screening in Edmonton happen!
Thanks!
Maggie
